Nivea Men challenged us to create a digital/content idea that could dramatise the positive effects of men’s moisturiser. The only consideration was to possibly make it football related.

Problem is, the benefits of moisturiser are notoriously difficult to show – it’s not something you can see, it’s something you feel. Our approach was born out of the insight that good skin gives you confidence, it makes you feel on top of your game.

So we created an online film that sees regular guys become ‘Man of the Match’, thanks to Nivea Men Moisturiser.

The film was shot in a shopping mall in Amsterdam with a 14-camera OB unit, 100 extras, a sports presenter and a lot of face paint. The guys (and their reactions) are 100% genuine.
