During my 5 years as Creative Director on the PSA account at Stack/MSQ I oversaw, and often produced, all creative output across the Peugeot, Citroën and DS brands – working across multiple customer journeys, from nurture all the way to repurchase, including all new car launches.
I provided leadership and inspiration for creative teams, writers, designers and developers, whilst working day-to-day with account handling, strategy and data colleagues to create insight-driven campaigns, implement our strategic approach and identify new opportunities.
I also oversaw the migration of all customer communications from physical direct mail to multiple best-in-class eCRM programmes.
In 2017 we launched Peugeot Buy Online – the world’s first end-to-end new car buying service. I was part of the team that created the comms programme, helping customers through every single aspect of their car buying journey including configuring, part-exchange, finance, test-drive and delivery.
